African Dance Rhythm Brings the Beat to PCC’s Big Time Glee Initiative
Positive Community Connection (PCC) was thrilled to welcome African Dance Rhythm for an unforgettable drumming workshop during our Big Time Glee initiative. The energy was electric as our members got caught up in the rhythm—hands drumming in sync, feet moving to the beat, and hearts opening to the vibrant sounds of West Africa.
Participants were not only immersed in the joy of dance and music, but also in the rich cultural traditions of Ghana. Through rhythm and movement, they learned about Ghanaian heritage and connected deeply with the spirit of community that African Dance Rhythm so beautifully brings.
The workshop was more than just a performance—it was a shared experience of joy, unity, and cultural appreciation. PCC was honored to host such a talented and inspiring group, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to celebrate their artistry and heritage.
We’re already looking forward to welcoming African Dance Rhythm back on May 22nd during our Nassau Voice initiative. We can’t wait to continue this journey of rhythm, learning, and community together.
