Sunset Wagon Ride & Bonfire

There is something so special about autumn. The air is crisp and fresh. The leaves dance with color and the ground crunches beneath our feet. We pull on sweaters to explore the world in glorious change! PCC is excited to invite our members to share the best of what autumn has to offer at our Sunset Wagon Ride & Bonfire meetup!

Date: Weds, Oct 30th, 4:30-6:30pm

*Please arrive at the farm by 4:15pm.

Where: Suffolk County Farm and Educational Center-Yaphank

*Once parked you will need to walk, about a quater of a mile, to the farm and barn area where the group will gather. 

What: This is a wonderful meetup with lots of autumn fun!

• pumpkin picking (participants get one each)
• a guided farm tour
• farm animal visit (including the goat pen) 
• corn maze
• sunset wagon ride
• bonfire and s'mores

Cost: 

• $20 PCC member
• $10 support*

-Support price does not include the wagon ride trip or a pumpkin. 

-Due to limited space on the wagon we are asking participates to take the wagonride without their one on one support (There will be a PCC leader on the ride). If the member must have their support person on the wagon ride with them please contact Sharinpositivecc [dot] org so we can make accomadations.

What I should know:

• Closed toe shoes required since we are going into animal pens.
• Its suggested that you wear a fall coat and bring water,
• You will be required to follow all safety guidelines expressed by the Educational Centers staff and guides.
