Barbara McNamara was a member of the Board of Directors for the Positive Community Connections from 2017-2019 and she is currently a member of the Advisory Board. Barbara is the Executive Director of SMILE- Support My Independent Life and as a SMILE Broker, supports her own caseload of Self-Directed Individuals. The LIDDRO has an ongoing relationship with Barbara to instruct the incoming brokers in the district at the yearly training.
