PCC memberships make all of our initiatives possible. If you are a self-determined individual, or eligible for any of the other membership types, and want to ensure the ongoing viability of PCC intiatives promoting Independence Without Isolation for self-determined individuals, please consider a membership today.

Membership Types

• INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FOR SELF-DIRECTED INDIVIDUALS ($480/year)
  • FREE admission to all of our regularly scheduled initiatives
  • Free or discounted admission to our Long Island-wide monthly meetups and discounts to PCC special events
  • Bi-weekly digital, member exclusive, newsletter with event reminders and community resources
