Yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices are proven to reduce stress, build strength and confidence, increase flexibility, aid in focus, and  promote overall good health. Yoga Without Boundaries supports members of all abilities. Whatever level of fitness you are at, we welcome you! If you are curious about this interesting practice, come check it out. 

Yoga Without Boundaries is lead by Dan Elfawal, a certified yoga instructor with years of experience working with the special needs community. 

Yoga pads will be made available. You are welcome to bring your own. Please dress comfortably with sneakers.
